We are doulas (trained and certified labour assistants), experienced in the normal process of pregnancy and childbirth, bringing comfort and support during the miracle of birth. We are DONA trained, specializing in the emotional, informational, and physical support of expectant women and their partners. We are committed to ensuring you and your partner have an empowering pregnancy, labour and postpartum. We believe that birth is an empowering life experience and that every woman is entitled to cherish her birth experience with joy and a sense of accomplishment. As birth professionals, we believe that informed choice based on knowledge of birth options is fundamental in achieving a positive birth experience.
